3. LET'S MAKE AN OFFER
Once we have found your perfect place, it is time to negotiate. This involves the price, items to remain with the property, and more.

4. SECURE FINANCING, INSPECT, APPRAISE
After agreeing on the contract we will secure financing with your selected lender. During this time we will schedule a professional home and termite inspection. Once we receive the inspection results we have the option to request repairs, request money for repairs, accept ‘as is’, or walk away. A professional appraisal may also be done at this time.
